Common AT Issues

No Clock In/Clock Out button available?
  • Increase your browser zoom level. By default, your browser screen zoom level is set to 100%. To manually adjust the settings, use the Ctrl key and “+” or “-” combos to increase or decrease the page magnification. If you are using a mouse, you can hold down the keyboard Ctrl key and use the mouse wheel to zoom in or out.
Error 404

Ooops… Error 404 We are sorry, but the page you are looking for does not exist.

BLANK PAGE after ticking clock in/out button
  • Click the back button of the browser and wait for few seconds/minutes just to allow the scripts to load, then click the button again.
  • Or you can try clicking other menus/tabs available, then go back to dashboard and click the button again.
Disabled CLOCK IN/OUT button

Quick fix: Tick the CLICKABLE button first.

  • A disabled or not clickable button is an ACTIVE or CURRENTLY RUNNING BUTTON. In short, if you can’t click CLOCK IN, meaning you’re already IN or you forgot to CLOCK OUT the day before, and same idea for the grayed out clock out button.
Office Shift update
  • Fill-up this form https://forms.gle/yJeoDGdvhKZgBeAz7  for your correct office shift. Make sure to indicate the correct time zone (Mountain Time – MST) and your working days. Changes will take effect within 24 hours.
    • Example 1: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm MST, M-F or M-F, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm MST
    • Example 2:  T-TH (7:00 am – 3:00 pm), Sat – Sun (8:00 am – 4:00 pm)
It says Invalid email add or password
  • Make sure that the Email Address you entered in the Email field under your profile is your CB email.
  • If your email is correct, try resetting your account.
